Travel

When travelling to Guovdageaidnu from Oslo, you usually fly to Alta Airport and take a bus from the airport to Guovdageaidnu.
The bus drive takes two hours from Alta airport to the conference village Guovdageaidnu/Kautokeino. The bus from the airport in Alta stops at Thon hotel Kautokeino, Arctic Motell - Kautokeino Camping, and Adventure Camp, but not at Kautokeino Villmarkssenter. Guests staying at Kautokeino Villmarkssenter and travelling with the bus will have to get off at the Esso Petrol station in Kautokeino, from where it is a 200 meters walk to Kautokeino Villmarkssenter.

Travel from the airport in Alta to Kautokeino – Here is the timetable for public busses. If your flight arrives at times that does not correspond to the bus, please let us know. There will be arranged additional transport.
